George Passas is a registered commercial and residential building practitioner with over 20 years of experience with leading construction companies in Victoria.
With formal qualifications in Construction Management, he has extensive experience in project management, design and construction, financial control, client relationship management and negotiation. Prior to establishing Pascon in 2015, George held various project and operational management positions with some of Melbourne’s leading construction companies including Multiplex, Abigroup and Buildcept.
Having worked on some of Melbourne's most iconic & award winning construction sites, George’s experience and passion lead him to establishing Builder Elite to lift industry standards for builders and create a best practice for long term success
