George Passas is a registered practitioner in both commercial and residential building, bringing over 20 years of experience with leading construction companies in Victoria.
His formal qualifications in Construction Management have given him a breadth of expertise in project management, design and construction, financial control, as well as client relationship management and negotiation.
Before founding Pascon in 2015, George held various positions in project and operational management at some of Melbourne’s top construction companies, including Multiplex, Abigroup, and Buildcept.
His work on some of Melbourne's most iconic and award-winning construction sites fueled his passion and led to the establishment of Pascon, aiming to make a distinct impact on the construction industry.
